Are the prices per person or per transfer?
The prices on this website are always per vehicle and not per person.

How do I pay for my  transfer?
Payment will always be made in cash to the driver inside the transfer vehicle. If you have booked a return, you can pay each way separately, after each transfer.

Why are you cheaper than other Taxi companies?
When you book locally you will get a better price, since most transfer companies are just national agents who make bookings for transfer companies worldwide. They can be up to 50% more expensive than going direct.

Can I book it online if I need a Taxi/Minibus within 12 hours?
Yes, you can book online if you need a last minute transfer. Although, if you want to be picked up within 12 hours of your booking time you will have to confirm with us by calling us before or after filling in the online booking form.

Are your vehicles fully licensed and insured?
Yes! All of our vehicles are fully licensed by the Local Authority and hold an up to date Tarjeta de Transporte License. They are all  insured for full passenger liability cover and strictly observe Public License operating regulations. Passenger safety is our utmost concern. Beware of bogus taxi transfer advertisers! There are a some openly operating without licenses and liability insurance.

Is the service all inclusive or will I be asked for extra money by the driver?
All our transfer fares are fully inclusive, a tip is voluntary. Therefor no haggling with the driver and no unpleasant surprises when you reach your destination.

Are baby seats and booster seats provided?
Yes they are. Both can be easily selected on our online booking form (under "Other Details"). You can specify the age of your child and the amount of seats needed. They will be pre-fitted in the vehicle ready for you.

What happens if the flight is delayed?
Flights are constantly monitored. Your driver will be at Malaga Airport ready to collect you on arrival. So if your flight is delayed, don´t worry about paying costly waiting time as we will be aware of any delay.

Where will the transfer driver meet me?
You will find the all of the details of our meeting place at Malaga Airport on this page. Other meeting points in specific places like Hotels or other type of accomodations can be specified on the online booking form. Our drivers are very well acquainted with the local area and will get you to your destination on time and safely.

What terminal at Malaga Airport?
Usually Terminal 2, it is the main Terminal for UK, Ireland & rest of EU. Terminal 1 is for non EU arrivals, although during busy season some flights are occasionally diverted to Terminal 1. Your  transfer driver will be informed about this and meet you there on arrival.

Will I be helped with my luggage?
Our drivers are there to help! There is no need to struggle with your luggage, neither at the Airport nor your holiday destination.

Will I have to share the transfer vehicle with other people who are not in my party?
Absolutely not.  When you do your reservation with us, whether it is a 4 passenger Taxi car, an 8 passenger Microbus or a 12 passenger Minibus, the vehicle is exclusively yours!

Will all of my luggage fit in the transfer vehicle?
There is no luggage restriction on Minibuses. Taxis (which seat a max. of 4 passengers) can carry around four medium to large sized suitcases plus hand luggage. Since it is illegal in spain to tie the boot of a vehicle down, if you are carrying more than that we would suggest you upgrade to a Minibus.

Is smoking allowed in the Taxi/Minibus?
All public service vehicles are non smoking.

Does the transfer stop on the journey?
No. Transfers are always direct, from door to door. Your driver will only stop in case of emergency.

Is it expected to tip the driver?
You don´t have to, but if you feel the driver has been courteous and helpful, then a small tip might be fitting.
